Privacy Policy

The information used to review accessory requests, arrange delivery and answer questions.

What we collect and why

Jubilee Roasting Co, LLC uses the details you supply to answer product questions, review order requests, arrange payment and delivery, and handle returns or complaints. An order request includes your name, contact details, delivery address, selected products, quantities and reference. A fit question can normally be answered from equipment dimensions; do not send personal identity documents, passwords or unrelated financial records.

Website security records may include IP address, request time, browser information and actions needed to investigate misuse. These records are not described as anonymous merely because a name is absent. An unfinished cart and checkout use the necessary site session. Submitting a request creates a separate business record; clearing browser storage does not erase that record.

Payment and service providers

The website does not collect card numbers or banking login credentials. After written confirmation, bank-transfer arrangements may create payment records such as payer name, amount, date and reference. Use the confirmation reference to identify a transfer; never send a security code or online-banking password to us.

Hosting and business-communication providers may process information needed to operate the shop. Carriers receive delivery details, and banking or accounting services receive relevant transaction information. Information may also be disclosed to comply with an applicable legal requirement or address fraud or a dispute. We limit disclosure to its purpose; we do not sell personal information or use behavioral advertising or optional analytics trackers.

How long records are kept

Ordinary inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive exchange; unpaid order requests for up to 12 months after submission. Paid-order, payment and refund accounting records are kept for 7 years after the transaction; unpaid website requests are not treated as paid accounting records. Expired website requests are removed during later shop requests; residual files can remain when there is no traffic. Routine security logs are retained for up to 30 days. A relevant legal hold or unresolved dispute can justify keeping specific records longer, rather than extending the whole database without a reason.

Unsubmitted session data expires 12 hours after the session starts, even if you remain active; the browser session cookie has a maximum 12-hour lifetime. Expired sessions are rejected when accessed. Old session files are removed during later shop requests, not by an hourly background task; residual files can remain while the shop receives no requests. The cookie preference is actively used for 180 days. An expired preference may physically remain in browser storage until your next visit or manual clearing; it is not ongoing permission and is removed when expiry is detected.

Access, corrections and deletion

Contact us with the request you want to make and the reference or correspondence that connects you to the record. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days and may use a proportionate identity check. You can ask for access, an address correction or deletion of information no longer needed. Some records must remain for accounting, dispute resolution or another applicable requirement; we will explain relevant limits.

Your available statutory rights depend on the law that applies and the circumstances; this policy does not claim that every US privacy law applies to this shop. We do not require a public review or a waiver of complaint rights to consider a request. If a correction concerns a parcel already dispatched, the shipping process may limit what can be changed, even when the underlying record can be corrected.

Security, external sites and complaints

We restrict operational access and use protected connections and records, but cannot promise that every internet transmission or message channel is perfectly secure. Tell us promptly if a message appears to request credentials or unexpected payment changes. External banking, carrier and official complaint sites have their own practices; their presence here is not an endorsement or a privacy certification.

Raise a privacy or consumer concern using the merchant contacts below. Colorado Attorney General complaint information is available at https://coag.gov/file-complaint/ and suspected fraud can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/. These public bodies are not our order-support service. If our data practices change, this policy and related storage controls must change together; an earlier preference does not authorize a new advertising purpose.
