For a fit question
Include the product ID, the kind of brewer or vessel you already use and the measurement you need to check. Cone angle and height, a flat-floor diameter or a wave cup’s base and wall dimensions are more useful than a nominal size number alone. If you send a photo, show empty, cool equipment without people, address labels or other personal information.
We aim to reply within 2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays. This is a response target, not a promise of staffed opening hours or live chat. If a detail is essential to a safe fit and is not listed, wait for clarification before choosing a product rather than assuming the photograph proves compatibility.
For an order request or correction
Quote your order reference, the name used for the request and the change you need. Let us know promptly about an address error or cancellation. A message is not proof a dispatched parcel has been redirected; we will explain what can still be changed. Do not send another checkout request merely to ask for a status update.
Payment instructions follow written confirmation. Do not send card details, bank passwords or security codes by email or through the contact form. If unexpected bank instructions arrive, verify them using the canonical contact details here before transferring money.
For returns, damage or data questions
Tell us which item is affected, when it was delivered and whether you need a change-of-mind return or help with damage, a defect or an incorrect item. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Ask for authorization and postage instructions before mailing anything; there is no walk-in return or pickup service.
For privacy, tell us whether you want access, a correction or deletion, and the reference that links you to the relevant request. We may ask for a proportionate identity check but do not need a government identity document at the outset. You can use the same email, phone or correspondence address for a good-faith complaint.
